DONGSHIN will participate in the “K Exhibition,” which is a global plastic and rubber exhibition in Dusseldorf, Germany, for eight days from Oct. 16. DONGSHIN plans to launch a global market campaign with its electric injection molding machine GB170, which is optimized for high-speed injection molding.

To re-enter the global market, DONGSHIN has shifted to the strategy of exporting products overseas since 2016 with our unusual technology and unique design. This electric injection molding machine for K2019 is GB170 model. In order to verify that Korea's DONGSHIN can enter the packaging industry exclusively supplied by leading European injection molding machine makers, we will perform a production of the bottled water caps in 32 cavities within the cycle time of 3 seconds.

The GB model is a machine optimized for high-speed injection molding. It is a class-leading, strong-weight frame structure and innovative design. It expresses our technology accumulated over 52 years of dynamic hydraulic pressure designed to prevent the machine from shaking or vibrating even in high-speed injection.

During the exhibition, DONGSHIN will be visited by over 70 foreign buyers, who will share information on its new technologies and discuss the customer's new investment project specifications.

The special feature of this exhibition is that through global collaboration with all European agencies and European peripheral equipment manufacturers (supported by peripheral manufacturers of molds and equipments), we have implemented a system that enables fast response to customer requirements by responding as Face to Face towards customers during the exhibition period for the global marketing.

This Global Marketing System Toward Customers is to be deployed not only to its customers in injection molding machines, but also other peripheral customers of equipments in the future in not only Europe but also in Asia, Middle East, and America, so that DONGSHIN can become a global company.

As it is impossible to enter the global market unless quality is verified from the European market to increase overseas sales of ultra-high speed precision injection molding machines, the company seeks to verify the performance of the electric injection molding machines by exchanging information with local agencies in Europe and by cooperating with customers, and by demonstrating the production of the electric injection molding machines in the showroom.
